Natural Style and Artistic Style
We evaluate your image then balance and enhance the color, then adjust the sharpness and contrast levels accordingly. We repair minor imperfections and optimize for canvas. Choose this style when you want to maintain the integrity of the original, when the photo has a group of people and the faces will be small or for landscapes with fine detail that you wish to maintain.

Artistic Style
We follow the same process as Natural Style, then, we create brush strokes to give a beautiful painted effect. Choose this when reproducing portrait style photo where the subjects faces are prominent or anytime you wanted the look of a traditional oil painting.

Deciding between Natural Style and Artistic Style is our most frequently asked question. If you're still unsure, place your order with the style you're leaning toward. Then, in the comments section, ask us to call you with a recommendation before we get started.

Three finishing options
Thick Gallery Wrap – The canvas is wrapped around a 1½” thick wooden frame. The image wraps onto the sides for clean modern look, finished and ready-to-hang.

Thin Gallery Wrap – The canvas is wrapped around a ¾” wooden frame.

Custom Frame – Our frames are really beautiful and an excellent value. We offer four premium frames, gold, antique, walnut and premium black. We also offer a standard, contemporary black wood frame.

Our Canvas's
We use 100% Folex Belgian Linen Canvas. Belgian Linen has top coated true canvas linen fabric cloth for high resolution fine art prints, and digital photographs. Belgian Linen is designed to create that traditional classic textured canvas look and feel.

Our Printers
We use Only Epson Wide Format Printers for the best results. Epson has been known as a industry leader in both the development of Wide Format Printers and for their continued research to obtain the finest and longest lasting inks on the marker.

Our Ink's
Permanence, or how long a displayed canvas will last before noticeable fading, is where third party ink cartridges really pale in comparison to Epson ink cartridges. Epson inks to last for up to 92 years, while third party inks printed on the same canvas were projected to last no more than a year.

Photos. What do I need to know?

Best file format, resolution and image size
Short answer: 300 dpi jpeg

Long answer: The resolution from most digital cameras works perfectly for our canvas product. If your camera is 5 mega pixel or higher and you've taken the photo at the highest setting you won't have a problem. If you're not sure about any of that, you can check the file size by right clicking on your image, then, click on properties, where the size will be displayed. Images that are 2 meg or higher are great. Images under 2 meg but higher than 700kb are almost always workable, so go ahead and upload those. Files under 700kb may work if the canvas is not too large and the image is clear.

Working with traditional prints
Many of our canvases are created from traditional photographic prints (snapshots) and they turn out wonderfully. You can scan your traditional print and upload it with your order or we can scan it for you. In that case’ please select the "Will Mail Photo Button" option and send your photo to us.

A question that frequently arises is “Will I get it back? “ Absolutely. We are obsessive about taking care of our customers property. That being said, we strongly recommend NEVER sending us a irreplaceable photograph. Packages can and do get lost in transit and we would hate for you to lose a one of a kind image. If you have a treasured photo and no negative or copy we suggest that you have a high quality duplicate made before sending it to us.

Image Preparation
We will artistically crop your image so it works with the proportions of the canvas size you've selected. Sometimes the image you send us just won't work in the finished size you selected. If that's the case we'll call you with an alternative solution. If you prefer, we can crop and reproduce only a portion of your photo. Please give us an accurate description of the intended cropping in the comments section of the order form. If your unsure, call us for help.

Thin Gallery Wrap
Thin Wrap frame bars are solid wood and have a depth of ¾ inches.

Thick Gallery Wrap
Thick Wrap frame bars are solid wood, heavy duty, and twice as thick as standard bars. They have a depth of 1 ½ inches.

Frames
We offer a large selection of frames to choose from both in style an size. All framed canvas's are mounted on a 3/4" frame. Sizes include
6"x9" - 8"x10" - 11"x14" - 16"x16" - 20"x20" - 20"x24" - 24"x36" - 30"x40" - 36"x48" - 40"x60"

Black and White
Our black and white canvases are really beautiful. We use a combination of three black inks for a full tonal range. There is never a color cast with our black and white canvases. Pure Black and White is what you get.

Scanning tips
You can use a flat bed scanner to scan your image at 300 dpi resolution. Save the file in RGB mode using JPEG format with the highest quality setting and lowest compression.

If you have an old photo and don't have a scanner, you can have your photo scanned into a 300 dpi JPEG digital file on a CD or at selected Kinko's stores, which you can then upload to us from your PC. Or mail us your photo and we will do the scan for you. Your photo will be returned to you with your order.

Professional Photography and copyrighted images
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This includes the right to control the making of copies. If your photograph was taken by a professional photographer you may need to obtain a release.

Larger and custom sizes
We can do any size canvas from 8 x 8 to 40 x 72. If ordering a custom size, please select the closest larger size, then in the comments, tell us the custom size you’d like.

We review every order before processing. If there is any question as to the photo and size you submitted we will call you to discuss your order.

When it will ship
